Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of ENA. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an ENA account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ENA. If you use ENA on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use ENA. You may not use ENA if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
3. Your ENA account
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Google and Gmail connections
Connecting a Google account or Gmail mailbox is optional. When you connect one, you authorize ENA to access that account through Google's authorization process solely to provide ENA's features to you. Signing in with Google and authorizing mailbox access are separate permissions. You may revoke either at any time from ENA or from your Google Account settings. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.
5. Acceptable use
Use ENA only for lawful purposes and only with mailboxes and data you are authorized to access.
6. Prohibited activities
- Accessing accounts, mailboxes or data without authorization.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass access controls, rate limits or security features.
- Interfering with or overloading the service or its infrastructure.
- Uploading malware or unlawful, infringing or abusive content.
- Reselling, sublicensing or providing the service to third parties without our written permission.
- Using ENA to send spam or to violate the privacy or rights of others.
7. Ownership of ENA
ENA and its software, design, documentation, trademarks and brand assets are owned by ENA and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. No other rights are granted.
8. Your content and connected data
You retain ownership of the content you provide and of the data in mailboxes you connect. You grant ENA the permissions needed to host, process and display that content in order to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to connect and process that data.
9. Third-party services
ENA integrates with third-party services, including Google. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, changes or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
10. Service availability and changes
ENA is provided on an ongoing but evolving basis. Features may be added, modified or removed, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to factors outside our control. We do not commit to any particular level of availability or to the continued availability of any specific feature.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using ENA at any time.
12. Account deletion
You may delete your ENA account from Settings, or request deletion through our Support page. Deletion removes your access and the ENA account data associated with you, subject to any legitimate legal or security retention requirements. See the Data Deletion page for details.
13. Disclaimers
ENA is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. ENA generates summaries, categories and suggestions automatically; these may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you should not rely on them as your sole source for important decisions.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ENA harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service in breach of these terms or applicable law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use ENA after an update means you accept the revised terms.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through our Support page.
